Happy Clients

Since

2020
At Everything Suarve (Esuarve), we believe every young person deserves the chance to be seen, supported, and empowered to create a future they believe in. Since 2020, we have worked alongside some of the most disadvantaged youth in Queensland, meeting them at their lowest points — moments when the world has too often written them off.

Our name, Esuarve, comes from a philosophy that means “to hold yourself well.” Guided by this ethos and our core values Respect, Integrity, Trust and Empowerment (the RITE way) we help 16–24-year-olds remove the armour built by trauma, reconnect with culture, and rediscover their strength.

Our Mission & Vision

Mission

At Everything Suarve, we walk beside young people when the world has turned its back. We meet them in their darkest moments not to fix them, but to see them. With lived-experience mentors, a wraparound community, and the RITE way — Respect, Integrity, Trust and Empowerment — we help them remove the armour built by trauma, rediscover their worth, and step into a future they can believe in. When they leave our doors, they do so with the tools, confidence, and support to live a purposeful life. Together, we rewrite the story one of strength, connection, and real change.

Vision

A world where no young person is discarded because of where they’ve come from. A world where vulnerability is met with compassion, and pain becomes purpose. Our vision is a future where every disadvantaged young person is empowered to heal, grow, and thrive  supported by community, driven by connection, and led by hope.

Our Impact

Our work is not only compassionate but cost-effective. While detaining one young person costs the state over $738,000 per year, our holistic program supports the same individual, saving taxpayers millions while transforming lives

Since our inception, Esuarve has supported 300+ young lives, providing:

Over 300 young people supported
More than 43,000 hours of wellbeing support
Nearly 80,000 hours of training
90% of participants moving into education or employment
79% drop in reoffending rates
98% of graduates not returning to detention
These are more than numbers, they are lives, families, futures.

What We Do

Too many young people fall through the cracks due to trauma, homelessness, or lack of opportunity. Our programs exist to close those gaps to ensure no young person’s story ends in detention or despair, but instead begins anew with dignity, skills, and purpose.

This includes:

Daily wellbeing practices such as meditation, breathwork, and resilience training. Mentorship from people who’ve walked the same journey, creating trust traditional institutions often can’t. Education and skills training, ensuring participants leave with nationally recognised certificates.

Hands-on projects, including the construction of Tiny Homes, which provide both housing and trade qualifications

We provide the tools, guidance, and support necessary for these young people to create positive futures. We focus on personal development, mental health, well-being, life skills, and practical training, offering a safe, structured environment where participants can grow, gain confidence, and re-engage with education or employment. Our evidence-based approach ensures that our programs deliver measurable outcomes and long-term impact.

We are committed to not only addressing the immediate challenges youth face but also equipping them with strategies for sustained success and well-being. We aim to engage them with the community and society in a positive manner, fostering connections that support our participants' growth and integration.

By collaborating with the community, local authorities, and industry leaders, Everything Suarve Inc. is dedicated to making a lasting impact on individuals and the broader community.
